Here is where I talk about my clichéd characters derived from the usual "artist" "gamer" and "loser" archetypes,
which are probably all synonymes of each other..... bah, Jung sucks anyway.
Dustin
Dustin is the cynical, negative and sarcastic protagonist to this sad, futile cry for attention I call my comic.
He is a pessimist and will put a negative spin on anything. He draws a great deal and is a fierce zealot of anything
he personaly enjoys, any opinion to the contrary will be crushed under the emotional-scar-enducing hooves of sarcasm.
Dustin's companions, the aptly named Blitz & Keeper, work as his conscious, giving him
advice and trying their best to explain to him why the world sucks so superbly. All in all, Dustin is a moral person, you
just have to dig through the rough hide and black shroud of evil that surrounds his cold dead heart. Good luck.
Ryan
If Dustin is the dark, Ryan is the light. If Dustin is that sarcastic bastard you want to hit in the balls because he won't stop laughing at you
Ryan is the guy you want to hit in the balls because he won't shut the fuck up. He is cheery, optimistic and energetic. His small frame and bispectacled
visage mask his commendable athletic abilities. Ryan may seem like he has a one track mind, but the truth his, his mother beat him with a lead pipe when he
was a child. Despite their differences, Dustin and Ryan are best of friends, that is, only because homicide is illegal.
Scott
Scott enjoys guitar a great deal, and has time for little else. He is the most charming and charismatic of the four, as a result, he has more luck with
girls than the other three, whom those members of the opposing gender like to refer to as "the ones who's faces God sodomized ".
A talented musician, Scott dreams of one day becoming a rock star, screw a great deal of women, take illegal substances and die violently at twenty four of either a drug overdose in a seedy
hotel or a plane crash.
Jason
Jason, the eternal optimist. Always spear-heading ideas and projects, usually to a lukewarm reception by his peers. Jason is always there with the attitude
"I can do this!" even when it is glaringly obvious that he cannot. While some would call him pathetic, others would call him stupid. Jason, however, is a talented individual
who enjoys probably the widest variety of things in the group, his admiration for Scott is unhidden, especially in the field of girls, where Jason is the proverbial wounded gazelle, surrounded by
vicious lionesses, ready to tear his frail body into little bits of processed impala. But still, Jason perseveres, hoping for better. In time
this attitude will get him far in life, until then however, soul-crushing defeat is the order of the day. YATTA!
